Health and Safety:

Students working with any pre-existing conditions or health concerns should have been cleared to exercise by the primary health care provider prior to commencing class and if any advice is needed for modifications then it is the responsibility of the student to address this with the instructor prior to commencement of class

Yoga is a physical activity and therefore may require intense physical exertion, the student will take responsibility to ensure that they are physically fit enough to participate in the activity required, choose a suitable option and recognize that the activity may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition.

Any women who is pregnant should ensure that she has told the instructor prior to class and that participation is undertaken at the students own risk to both self and that of the unborn child

Any emergency medication should be brought to class

No manual adjustments will be given

Please bring you own equipment

Please adhere to the government’s current COVID-19 guidelines at all times and please ensure that you have read and abide to the studio / outdoor venue specific procedures  

Bookings and cancellations:

If a student requires to cancel a drop-in booking then please ensure this is done at least 48hours before the class commences and for block bookings this cannot be refunded once the booking has been paid for. 

Refunds and not available for student non-attendance or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice

If COVID-19 restrictions alter any class(es) then a refund for that particular class(es) will be given

Payments:

All payments are taken through secure merchant banking systems and no information is stored by Maitri yoga with Pip

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2018):

Under the EU general data protection regulation, we need your approval for our use of personal information (i.e. your name contact details health information) you may provide as we communicate

Certain data, including personal data, must be collected or processed in order for any products and services to be provided

All personal data will be stored in accordance to the general data protection regulation

Personal data that has been collected relating to a student can be requested by this member and will be provided in a readable format

Consent to the collection of this personal data can be revoked at any time this will mean that your personal data from that day onwards is ceased to be collected and will be deleted or made it inaccessible

If consent is revoked the services may not be able to be provided

Communication:

We may send you emails about upcoming services and promotions

If it anytime you wish to alter your consent then please contact us directly via the website
